Who are DramDraw?

DramDraw was set up by three best friends from Scotland with a passion for whisky. As they started to grow their own personal collections, they realized that passion could be pretty expensive. That made them think – everyone should have the chance to get their hands on a great bottle of whisky whether it be to drink and enjoy or tuck away for the future. And just like that DramDraw was born.

How do I enter?

We have multiple competitions running at one time, to enter simply;

  1. Choose your bottle. 
  2. Select how many tickets you would like to purchase and numbers(s) of choice.
  3. Answer our skill-based question.
  4. Add to your basket and proceed to checkout

How the winner is decided?

Our draws will be done live using Googles Random number generator. We will do this through a Facebook Live video.

When does the competition finish and when are the results announced?

Each individual competition will have its own ‘Draw Date’ and ‘Maximum Entries’. Whenever one has been reached, a ‘Draw Date’ will be announced.

How many times can I enter the same competition?

All entrants will be able to buy as many tickets as they wish.

Why am I required to answer a multiple choice question?

Our competitions are skill-based competitions therefore you are required to answer this to be in with a chance of winning.

Do I have to be 18 to enter?

Yes, you will have to be over the age of 18 to enter. If you are under the age of 18 and enter your entry will be voided.

How will my ticket number be decided?

You will be allocated ticket number(s) at random when your order is confirmed and will receive the number(s) via email or by accessing Orders under your DramDraw My Account dashboard.

How do I receive my ticket confirmation?

All entrants will receive email confirmation of their ticket number(s). If you are unable to locate this email please check your junk/spam mail. If this problem persists please contact hello@drawlux.com.

What details do I need to provide to enter?

To enter all we need is your Full Name, Billing Address, Date of Birth, Email Address and Contact Number.

Is there a cash alternative?

We do not offer a cash alternative in our competitions, however in the unlikely scenario that a bottle is damaged in transit we may offer this.

Do I have to pay for postage?

For all prize winners living within the UK postage is free including insurance. Fees may apply to International prize winners – if you do live out with the UK and are interested in entering one of our competitions please get in touch on hello@drawlux.com before purchasing a ticket.

How long will it take for me to receive my prize?

We contact all our prize winners immediately after the live draw has been made to request a mailing address. We aim for all our prizes to be delivered within 10 working days from receiving this address.

What if I miss the live draw?

All our prize winners are contacted immediately after the draw from the details provided. 

What if my bottle is damaged in transit?

Postage will be insured; however, we will need the bottle returned to allow us to file an insurance claim. Please see our *Terms and Conditions* for further information.

Can I request my bottle to be delivered by hand?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. To request or ask for further information contact admin@drawlux.com.
