Dried dark fruits with tropical undertones on the nose, followed by hints of biscuit, oak and freshly cut grass.
Sweet butterscotch with a crème brulee char on the pallet. Hints of freshly sliced pear, dried figs, dates and raisin with sweet almond, honey and creamy shortbread notes.
A long finish of thickly spread orange marmalade, nutmeg notes underpinned by complex woodiness and a slight spice.

Smoked with the heather rich peat of the Scottish Highlands this single malt whisky is distilled in the distilleries traditional copper pot stills, matured in virgin oak casks and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Sweet smoke and rich toffee with notes of vibrant vanilla, dried dark fruits and cracked black peppercorn spice with subtle hints of flamed orange.
Tobacco leaf, rich dark toffee and cacao nibs on a background of sweet soft peat and gentle earthy undertones with subtle herbaceous notes of sage.

Distilled three times in the distilleries traditional copper pot stills and matured in virgin oak casks this Relase No. 1 is non-chill fillterednand natural in colour.
The nose opens up with dark cherry and caramel toffee with fruity aromas leading to roasted almond and liquorice over a backdrop of vanilla and tea leaves
In the mouth it is smooth and elegant, hints of ripe pear and baked vanilla cheesecake lead to a spicy chocolate with a beautifully thick texture
The finish is long and clean with a lingering flavour of rich honey and vanilla
